Football

Plant City Dolphins football has been the premier youth football program in Hillsborough County for decades. Our hallmarks are a quality organization, outstanding coaches and volunteers, and a winning attitude which includes emphasis on skills development, attitude, team work, and scholastic achievement. If your child wants to be the best football player he or she can be, the Plant City Dolphins football program is for you. In 2011, four of our teams made the playoffs, 3 played in the Super Bowl, with one winner. All football coaches must be certified to coach (either through Hillsborough County, CLICK HERE)or through the National Alliance for Youth Sports, CLICK HERE.

Our Football Director, Tate Whatley, has many years experience in both coaching and administering football programs.
As Conference Trustee, Tate represents the Dolphins on the Conference Board of Football Trustees.

Asst. Football Director Chad Eldridge has been involved in Dolphin football for many years as a coach.
He will also serve as our Alternate Football Trustee.

Eric Lawson is the Field Director.
